自尊的宣言 维吉尼亚.萨提亚 我是我自己。 在这世界上，没有一个人完全像我。有些人有部份像我，但没有一个人完全像我。因此，从我身上出来的每一点，每一滴都那么真实的代表我自己，因为是我自己选择的。 我拥有我的一切包括我的身体，和它所做的事情；我的大脑，和它所想所思；我的眼睛，和它所看到的、所想象的；我的感觉，不管它们可能是 -? 愤怒、喜悦、挫折、爱、失望、兴奋；我的嘴巴，和它所说的话，礼貌的、甜蜜或粗鲁的，正确或不正确的；我的声音，大声或小声的；和我所有的行动，不管是对别人的或对自己的。 我拥有我的幻想、梦想、希望和害怕。 因我拥有全部的我，因此我更能和自己更熟悉、更亲密。由于我能如此，所以我能爱自己并友善的对待自己的每一部份。于是，我就能够做我最感兴趣的工作。 我知道某些困惑我的部份，和一些我不了解的部份。但是只要我友善的爱我自己，我就能够有勇气，有希望的寻求途径，来解决这些困惑，并发现更多的自己。 然而，任何时刻，我看、我听、我说、我做、我想或我感，那都是我。这是多么真实的表现那时刻的我。 这些时候，我再回头看我所看到的、听的、做过的、想的、感受的，有些可能变得不合适了。 我能够舍掉一些不合适我的，并且再创造一些新的。 我能看、听、感觉、思考、说和做。我有方法使自己觉得活得有意义、亲近别人，使自己丰富和创意。 我拥有我自己，因此我能驾驭我自己。 我是我自己，而且我是好的。 I AM ME
I am me.
In all the world, there is no one else exactly like me.Everything that comes out of me is authentically me.Because I alone chose it .
I own everything about me.My body, my feelings, my mouth, my voice, all my actions,Whether they be to others or to myself - I own my fanatasies, my dreams, my hopes, my fears - I own all my triumphs and successes, all my failures and mistakes Because I own all of me, I can become intimately acquainted with me - by so doing.
I can love me and be friendly with me in all my parts - I know.There are aspects about myself that puzzle me, and other aspects that I do not know - But as long as I am friendly and loving to myself, I can courageously and hopefully look for solutions to the puzzles.And for ways to find out more about me - However I look and sound, Whatever I say and do, and whatever I think and feel at a given moment in time is authentically me - If later some parts of how I looked, sounded, thought and felt turn out to be unfitting, I can discard that which is unfitting, keep the rest, and invent something new for that, Which I discarded ?I can see, hear, feel, think, say, and do I have the tools to survive, to be close to others, to be productive to make sense and order out of the world of people and things outside of me - I own me, and therefore I can engineer me - I am me and I AM OKAY. |
